Intro:
Arena is an area of the game that should not be ignored. First off, everyday you need to complete at least five times in order to complete your dailies. It is also the only place in the game to earn medals to increase your Great Hall. It also rewards you weekly with decent artifacts or gems. The rewards get better the higher the tier you finish.
Tips:

If you're struggling to win, it might be best to purposely drop your ranking by setting a weak one champ defense.

The Great Hall takes a ong time to max out, so try to fight as many battles as you can in a day. There are a minimum of 25
BASIC ARENA TEAMS (GO FIRST)
Stun Tip: You can use a stun set on a champ with AoE ability for a 18% chance to stun the enemy (no accuracy required)
